Quest For Freedom was a project created to "sow seeds" in the hearts of those looking for some answers in life. The music systematically leads listeners to Christ as the answer. Over 200,000 copies were distributed in the United States during the mid-90's.

Craig Smith has written and recorded eleven album projects with major record labels and has had several national top ten singles. He was nominated for the Dove award in the Best Worship album category in 1988 and named Sesac’s Inspirational Songwriter of the Year. He has recorded and written for various Integrity worship projects including those of Robin Mark and Paul Wilber.

Though he has had years of traveling in ministry, he has always been firmly rooted in a local church which he feels should be a requirement for any music ministry. Craig and his wife Dianna have just begun their tenth year pastoring in the very church which they have home based for almost two decades in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
