What is your Return Policy?
Sorry, no returns or refunds on downloadable items or opened product.
How can I get copies of albums listed in the discographies that are not shown as available for purchase?
We apologize, but some albums are no longer in print and are unavailable.
TECHNICAL QUESTIONS
How do I download a song?
- Browse to the song you wish to purchase. Click on the "Add to Cart" shopping cart graphic to the right of the song you wish to purchase.
- If you wish to add more songs, browse to the pages where those songs are located and simply click on the "Add to Cart" graphic corresponding to each of those songs. You can enter a quantity of one and the song will be added to your shopping cart when you click the "Add to Cart " button.
- Once you have added the last song to your cart, click on the "Checkout" button. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to complete a new account form. If you are a returning customer you will be asked to login. Once logged in you will be taken to the checkout page.
- On the Checkout page you will be able to review your shopping cart items and enter your credit card information.
- Once the order has been completed, you will be given an Order Code. You will also be sent an e-mail with the same Order Code. The e-mail will also contain a link to a login page where you will enter the Order Code and gain access to your song download(s).
How long do I have to download the songs I purchased?
Song downloads are available for 30 days from the date of purchase. You will need the Order Code and link to access the song files. If you need to download a song after 30 days you will need to re-purchase it.
I received an order confirmation e-mail but I did not receive an e-mail with my Order Code and a link to login. What should I do?
Forward your order confirmation e-mail to webmaster@kardiacreative.com. We can verify your order and make the songs available to you for downloading.
What format and bit rate are the songs available in?
The songs are encoded as MP3 files at 192 kbps.
How large are the song files?
The song files are typically 1.4 MB per minute. So a 5-minute song would be approximately 7 MB.
Can I transfer these songs to my iPod?
Yes. iPods will play MP3 files.
Am I allowed to copy these songs or put them on CD?
Yes, as long as it is for your own use only. Sharing files with others who have not purchased them is not only illegal and unethical, it does harm to those who are trying to provide a service to you.
